In 2019 I was lucky enough to visit Uzbekistan on a tour of the legendary Silk Road cities of Samarkand, Khiva and Bukhara, where I was bowled over by the beautiful tiled architecture and colourful textiles. This page gathers together my designs inspired by this region.
